Today we are extremely proud to announce the appointment of Aleesha Mitchell as Engineering Director at Aish Technologies. Since joining us in July last year, Aleesha has made considerable improvements to our engineering capability and, as a member of our Executive Team, has significantly contributed to the wider business through strong leadership, innovative thinking and diligent management.
Before joining Aish, Aleesha served in the Royal Navy for 13 years as a Weapon Engineer Officer where she gained a huge amount of experience ranging from front line operational engineering, to serving as a Deputy Defence Attache. Aleesha was also awarded a Queen’s Commendation for Valuable Service (QCVS) in recognition of her work in an Operational Headquarters.
In the last 8 months with us Aleesha and the Engineering Department have made notable progress with our Digitisation project, pushing the boundaries of Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) during a rapid implementation and driving a wider digitisation across Engineering and Manufacturing.
Aish has also recently progressed through the critical design stages on one of the most important defence programmes in Britain. The achievement of this major milestone is a clear indicator of the impressive progress that we have made over the last couple of years.
We have a very bright future ahead of us and we look forward to working with our customers to meet their needs.
