Over the last year, this group has joined Aish Technologies and expanded their core skill set through practical training and development of their technical skills.
They are now officially IPC certified. In addition to this, they have a well defined skills matrix and career pathway which provides our Electrical Cell employees with tangible steps to professional growth.
